Tip of the Week:

EAT MORE WHOLE GRAINS!It is recommended that we consume at least 50% of our grains from whole grains, but that is only the minimum. Eating 100% whole grains would be even better. There is a significantly higher amount of nutrients, such as fiber, vitamins, and minerals found in whole grains compared to refined grains. Try replacing some refined grain products you commonly eat, and replace them with whole grains. Add more barely, oats, quinoa, brown rice, and whole wheat bread to your diet!
